Question on Visa Re-application

My question is:

I know that previously there was a rule saying that after 2 unsuccessfull attemps at getting Visitor's visa, the applicant can only re-apply after 2 years. I think this rule does not apply any more. Is this Correct?

In other words an applicant and re-apply as many times as he/she wants right ?

That's right. You can reapply as many times as you want.
