Mistake in DS-156

Hello,
my relative who will go for visitor's visa interview had made a mistake in filling out the form DS-156 and submitted the form to the consulate after filling the form online.So what should be done to correct the mistake?
The mistake in question 37 which asks if you have someone in USA and if so what that person is doing.

Thanks for the reply.But thing is he has already submitted online.Can he just get a corrected ds-156 at the consulate ans explain the mistake?

you may inform the correction you made in the DS156 form to vfs personnel/VO at the time of interview.
