Is DS- 157 Form Required for Tourist B2 Visa

Hello,

I was just filling up the Visa application form ie DS-156 for my Dad and after completing it , I had added another applicant my Mom and filled the details for here as well after which it asked me to fill up for DS157 for my Mom it did not asked for my DAD..how is it that DS-157 is asked for my Mom and not for my DAD, please update me ..I am worried , FYI , my Dad has crossed 60 yrs and my mom is 54 yrs , is that some thing to do with it

your posting itself answers your query. Since your mother's age is 54 you need to fill in DS 157 form.
Anybody over the age of 55 years, DS 157 form is not required.
