I want to bring my wifes parents in september. Looks like there are no appointment dates open. However the tts website says if it is urgent you can apply at Delhi. This visit is to help us with new baby. Can this be considered urgent?

Pregnancy will not be considered urgent, but also will disqualify them from getting the non-immigrant visa.
