B2 Visitior Visa for my parents

HI !

I want to invite my parents on B2 VISA to USA,I am on my STEM OPT.I am working 20 hours on my internship and making around $1000 month.I want to invite my parents to USA.How much money i need to have in my account to sponsor my parents.?

I had scholarship so i could do my Master in USA.My parents have some property and my financial background is concerned my dad worked all his life for our education.I am from very small village.I could make it till here by god's grace and My parents blessings.

I got married here in USA last year,I could not invite them as i did not have funds,also i could not invite my parents for my Graduation ceremony as they would need financial support from me,at that time i could not support.

My Husband is on H1B,he has good income and balance.But i need suggestion
here who can be better sponsor ?? i mean i don't want to take any risk.If i sponsor my parents will there be any problem due to my less income.?

But it was my dream that i sponsor my parents..please some one throw light on this.....
