DDs for chennai consulate

Hi,

My parents have taken DD's in Andhra Bank in Hyderabad in the following manner. Is it ok or any corrections?? please suggest.

1. 4,600 in favour of "American consulate general, chennai"

2. 2,300 Rs.in favour of "American Consulate general, chennai"

3. 400 Rs. in favour of "T.T.services,chennai"
