I am sponsoring my in-law and my mother and has sent i-134 for my in-laws. . My in-laws will go for interview this month and my mother will go for interview next month. My question is if VO officer does not see i-134 or returns back i-134 of my in-laws and grants visa then what should I write on i-134 that i will send for my mother under previously submitted affidavit of support.

    Thanks

In any case, you should write that you have previously submitted affidavit of support.

      one more question

thank you for your reply, although they are going for interview separately but my in-laws and my mother are planning to travel together because they live in a same city and also my mother cannot speak English. If VO asks question is someone going with you? then should my mother say that she is going with my in-laws(if my in-laws get visa). I am inviting both my in-laws and mother to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday.

      thanks

        one more question

if my in-laws get visa then on my mother's i-134 form should I mention both my father-in-laws and and mother-in-laws name or only father-in-laws name. I am asking because on affidavit section 3"this affidavit is executed on the behalf of following person" I have written my father-in-laws name and under spouse, i have written my mother-in-laws name.

        Thanks in advance
