Visitor visa for brother ?

Hello,

I wanted to know what are the chances of brother who is 25, single having his own medium scale business back home of getting a visitor visa ?. My parents already got 10 year multiple entry visa. Can my brother too get it with all the concerned documents of his business?. He has good property too under his name.

Have there been instances of such people getting visa ?.
