I sponsered my cousin and he got five years visitor visa with multiple entry. He was here for 6 months. He wants to come again. Is there any way i can stop him from re-entering into US or is there any way i can inform to us/indian embasy saying that i am no way responsible for him during his next visit.

This is strange....

People come to this forum to get help in obtaning a visa. For the first time I am seeing a post for help with a cancellation.

I am not aware of any procedure that a sponsor needs to follow to cancel the visa that was sponsered by him/her.

Why don't you find out the email address of the consulate where the visa was issued and contact them regarding this? For example, the email address of the Delhi Consulate is "[email protected]".

Please post what you find regarding this.
