very important tourist visa

i have usa b2 10yrs visa, i am planing to go to usa on november, while going i am planing to halt in UK for 5 days,my question is

1. is it possible to get uk visa because of usa b2 10 yrs visa

2. i have fd of 10 lakh in my name and bank transcation is good

3. i filed income tax minumum amount

4. i am doing realestate business

5. my main purpose is to see tourist places ,i don't know anybody in uk, i will book hotel,

any past experience please let me know
