    Visitors Visa thru a different Consulate - Please reply ASAP

    I plan to bring my parents here this summer.They did not get an appointment date until september in Chennai and so they booked an appointment in Delhi Embassy on July 16th.
    Can you give me a list of docs that we can produce to show this is an emergency trip.
    Has anyone done that before? Please advise. Thanks in advance.
