Visa not stamped.Can I sponsor my parents?

I am currently on F1 visa doing my Phd.I transfered my visa status from H1B to F1 last month. My F1 visa is not stamped. With F1 visa not being stamped, can I sponsor my parents for visitor visa.Please let me know.

Your visa stamp has got nothing to do with the B1/B2 visa sponsorship. As long as you are legal and have the $$ to sponsor, you can do it.
