hi,

we have already sent all the required documents for the visitors visa for my mom. but my mom got the appointment in chennai consulate for 1st week of september. my question is do we need to send the bank statements, pay stubs again since they have to be recent. we have sent it till may thinking that she might get the appointment in june. so is it ok or do we have to send the recent ones again?

If there are delays in Chenai, is consulate doing something about it? or they should let people apply is Mumabi or Delhi and not put any restrictions, like mandatory english or show the sense of urgency. This is very frustrating. Atleast this should not be the case for parents above 50 as they are old people and they do not have any intensions of statying abroad.
