my mother got the appointment in chennai consulate for 1st week of september. but we want her to come here in summer. we thought of taking an appointment in delhi so that she can come early. but she doesn't speak english. is it mandatory to speak in english if u want to take the appointment in delhi or can we ask for the translator ? please help
