Can I send a scanned copy of DS 156?

Hi,

I have filled my parents' DS 156 form, and taken a print of it, and signed it. Can I scan and send a copy of this to them, so that they can take the print in India? Now, I hardly have time to post it. What is the other alternative?

No, you can't do that.

Try sending by courier like FedEx, UPS etc.
