Hi,
My wife and I along with two childern are living in US for the last three years. My wife, first child and I are Green Card holders and my second child was born here in US.
My mother-in-law who went for an interview in Bombay on 27th August have been denied visa under 214(b). The problem she has is that she doesn't have any properties on her name and no fixed deposits or bank balance. She is living in my house and using my saving accounts in India to manage her expenses.
I am planning to add her name in to my properties and my bank accounts in India. Do you think this would help convince visa officers that she would come back to India?
Or any other suggestions you may have for this situation?
