Visitor Visa/ Lost Passport

Hi,

I just moved to NY TO KY .And I lost my parents passport .They have 10 years visa to us.I am a citizen of united state.How soon i can get the passport and valid visa on it.please advise.

They will have to apply for Indian passport at Indian consulate.

And US visa at US consulate in India.
