Notification of visit form for entering the US

I am a US citizen and am having trouble finding the form necessary to announce my next visit to the US for my wife, who is a Swiss citizen. How do I inform you of my wife's visit to the US with me?

She has tried to find the form necessary on the US gov website to no avail.

That depends upon for how long she would like to come to US for.
