help me Visitor visa doubt

I am on H1B visa and came to USA on Jan 2009 . Its been 10months now
I dont have any W2 or tax returns.

I am applying visitor visa for my parents , so will it be problem without any W2 or tax returns

Well, it would certainly strengthen their application if you had all the papers.

At this point they could be asked why they are in such a hurry to visit and so desperate that they can't wait and that could be seen as proof of their immigrant intent.

Why do you want to risk rejection when they can wait another half year to make their case stronger? Is there a reason why they need to visit right away and can't wait until April 2010?

Yes My sister is staying in NJ and she is gonna delivery baby in May next year ....
Thats the reason my parents has to be here by March 2010

If she and her husband have lived here longer than you have (i.e have all the necessary documents) then it would be better for either of them to sponsor your parents.
