my parents visit during winter

I'm expecting my first baby in November this year, and I'm thinking of bringing my parents at end of October. I'm well aware that most likely their visas be rejected if they tell they are coming here for my delivery. My mind boggling question is how can they convince the interviewers that they are coming here to visit tourist spots during winter time. What reason should they tell them? Can you please advice on this.

There are many things to do in winter: Experience snow for first time in life, celebrate christmas in Times Square, NY and new year in Washington DC. Florida is good even in winter.

You can come up with several reasons like that.
