I am applying for B2 visa from Canada as I have to attend an interview at a Canadian Consulate in US. (this is for Canadian immigration which is in its absolute last stage. Medicals done fees paid). I was working in Canada till my work-permit expired. I am on visitor visa now.
I have an interview letter from Canadian Consulate and a letter from my company saying I can rejoin them after getting permanent residency.
I am going to ask for just a 15 day visa to attend the interview. I have a few questions regarding this....
1. Do I need to show ties to India (home country where my family lives)? And if yes, what documents are helpful.
2. Do I need to show air-tickets? (return or 1 way). I am going to show hotel booking.
