Denied Visitors Visa

a Friend from India has applied for a visitors visa 4 times over a peiod of time. They said that she wouldnt come back from USA. Her two children are here, her blood family is all in India. I am an American born citizen, if I went to India and went to the embassy with her would I be able to help? Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

You can't do that. And even if you could, it would not help.
