B2 visa for my parents and my brother

Hi,
I have a couple of questions regarding B2 visa for my parents:
1. Right now I don`t have any status but I`m going to marry the US citizen, can i invite my parents (B2) for my wedding celebration?
2. How long is the process of getting B2?
3. Do I need to show the proof of my income, or it`s not necessary?

Sure...no one is stopping you from sending them your wedding invitation.

Of course, the INS is NOT going to reward someone for living illegally in the US by providing visitors visas to his/her parents.

To get a visitor visa the applicants need to prove their intent to return. And after what you have done (i.e. live illegally and marry a US citizen) why would the consulate trust the rest of your family to return to their home country?
