about appointment

hi,
my parents have a visa agent who is doing all the work for them to get the visa for my mom, since they doesn't know any of the procedures. he is taking the appointment on the net. my question is can i modify the dates from here after he takes the appointment.
since i am expecting in july i want my mom to come early and because of some reasons applying for a visa got delayed. i know that she might get the appointment in august or september . is there any way to get the appointment early ? and what is the procedure for that . how should i modify the existing appoinment and check for any of the cancelled appointments ? where can i do that ? please help

Could your Doctor provide you with a letter describing the nature of emergency.

You can then think of applying for emergency interview
probably at any consulate.

my parents visa got rejected at chennai counsulate on june 2nd under 214b. That time we didn't sent the doctors letter but this time we wanted to send.

they got appointment for june 29th. we r very much confused about the visa stamping. Along with the doctor letter do I need to send something else.
Please reply me as soon as possible. with the consulate numbers.

That posting was not meant for you. You did not anything. In fact, you have been answering the questions and helping others. I appreciate that.

I deleted several postings in this thread that were promoting the scam of early appointment at Chennai's US consulate, in exchange for Rs. 500. I don't want anyone to promote that kind of stuff here.

You said it is not allowed to add information on illegal activities. I am not doing any business of giving early appts. , I am just suggesting people to go to agents who give early appts. thats how world is going on, I know there are Indian woman in this country(USA) who are waiting for their parents to help them during their pregnancy and delivary, the help from parents for them is desperate and thus visa appts. ,considering those women I wanted to give some advice, becuase I know it will be a great help for them. there are no other intentions. Please parden me if you mistaken me.

I don't doubt your intentions. I completely understand your point of view.

But we can't promote those kind of agents directly or indirectly in any way. If we do that, US consulate/TTS/VFS will be after us and we will be in trouble. Please understand our point of view.
