Query regarding US Visitor Visa

Hi,

My parents have got Visitors Visa for US for 10 years in May’09. I just wanted to know if there is any rule which states that if you have got the visa for 10 years, you have to travel within 6 months from the date of visa issue or else the visa gets invalidated.

Can any one of you please confirm on this query?

There is no such rule. They are free to travel at any time within next 10 years
