I'm happy that I found your website because I havnt been able to get help for this matter for a long time. I'am an American Citizen for the past 5 years, my mother has come here occasionaly and she has left on time all three times. She is 81 years old and this last time in April 2009 they rejcted her to come here. Everything is the same nothing had changed for the past years, but they rejected her all of the sudden. Now my mother wants to apply for a visa again but I'm not sure they will give it to her or not. My husband may have a heart transplant soon is this enough for my mother to get a visa? My mother doesn't want to live in the US which is why I don't want to get her an immigrant visa. I just want to call my mother as a tourist and not an immigrant. What can I do? because if she applies again I'm certain she will get rejected again. Can I use my husbands transplant as a reason for my mother to come?
