Vistor visa (parents)

Hi ,
My parents got rejected twice before 6 months when they tried to get a visitor visa for my elder brother's graduation. I am getting married in nov 09 in US and also graduating in Dec 09. I am want my parents to get their visa this time. Can anyone help with a check list or do/dont or any best ways !
i am currently on OPT and have a job in my hand and hence, I am willing to call them here for my marriage and graduation. Can anyone help to share some useful information ?

They got rejected becoz they were classified as potential immigrants which is not the case !

Applying repeatedly over a short duration of time increases the concerns of being potential immigrants. You can try again. Everything is listed on this website. There is nothing else to add. Read others' experiences.
