My I-94 is valid for 6 months out of which i have spent almost 5 months. Although i have not finished my tour, i have to leave and go back to my country in africa for a funeral. can i return back to the states in 2 weeks time since my visa is left with 4years to expire and i am not leaving out- of - status? thank you.
