Sponsoring Visitor's Visa While being on OPT

Hi,

I graduated recently and I am in my OPT(Optional practical Training) right now(valid Jan'04-jan'05). I would like my mom attend Interview for Visitors Visa in July. Can someone advice if my status would affect her getting a visa?

My present status:I am employed full time and will be applying for a H-1 by the end of June. My H-1 begins from Oct. I have proper W-2 for the last 2 years from my previous research job in school.

As long as you can show that you have financial resources to support them, it should be fine. It does not matter that you are on OPT.
