Separate documents for visistor visa

Hi,
I want ti invite my parents to the US from India(mumbai).Do i need to send separate applications (bank statement,employment letter etc.)for each parent.

No just separate I-134 for each person.

On this website https://www.immihelp.com/usa-visas/visitor/sponsordocs.html it says we need one original bank statement,employment letter for each applicant. Also for drop box pick-up each application should go in different envelopes. So how do we divide the original application and copies in two separate packages. Please clarify.

You are 2 different things. Bank statement is different from bank letter. You should put 2 bank letters, one for each person.
Bank statement is what you get monthly in mail. Bank letter is something you ask them specifically.

Also, have one original employment letter for each person.
