Hi,

I am planning to bring my mom here. My parents had just moved back to Andhra from Delhi. My mom holds a passport from delhi. I am confused as to which consulate she should go and get the Visa. Delhi or Chennai?

I would really appreciate your advise.

I would assume that your current address should matter.
Why should you be allowed to book in Delhi just because your passport is issued there.

I think you should go with the current address's jurisdiction.

Why not call ttvisas too.

Yeah, agree with skhelp....I think your current address and what area that puts you in matters...
my inlaws too were in a similar situation; their passport is issued from Mumbai but they are currently posted at Delhi and they got their visas from Delhi...
