I am planning to sponsor my parents for a tourist visa and I had the following questions.

1. Can someone please provide a template for the bank letter? Does it have to list when the a/c was opened, average balance for x months, etc?

2. In lieu of my birth certificate, will a non-availability certificate from municipality suffice? Does it need to be in conjunction with affidavits from my dad and mom confirming my date and place of birth?

1. No specific template.
2. Yes. Your 10th clas marks card will also work.
