appointment timings for mother and father

Hi,

My mother and father are going to have appointment on same day in 1st week of july between 10:30 and 10:45 AM, how will they take place... will they ask to come the persons one by one or will they call them together and take the applications one after another.. my father is physically handicapped and also mentally not fit to answer the questions, he needs my mothers assistance to meet the counsulate.. dont know how it works.
so if the parents took appointment together , can anybody tell how it works there in chennai.
