need a list of documents for visitor visa

Hello friends, my mother has an interview appointment for visitor visa on nov 9. i was wandering what specific documents does she have
to submit to the VFS office before the interview. and does she in person have to go to VFS office to submit the documents or can
someone else can go on her behalf.
