Hi ,
can you please tell me
1.if we have to attach all the papers along with the application form?or just carry them with ypu and produce them as asked for?

yesterday my brother in laws VISA was rejected due to 214B .they did not attach any papers .they carried all the papers with them but officer did not ask or see any papers.both my brother in law and his wife work in good companies and just want to visit us for 2 months

what extra papers other than the regular ones we have to send ,so that officer is convinced that they are going back to india.


2. Also on the application is it more better if they say "my brother is paying for the trip" ,eventhough they are paying for their own trip.or it doesn't make any difference?

Hi Archana,
1. Attaching the documents with the application or keeping them separate does not matter much. It is mainly based on whether the officer is convinced or not.

2. If they are paying for the trip, say the fact. They should mention "Myself" in that column. It will increase their chance as it is a proof of their strong financial position.
