Denial Notice - Please Help

Dear Sir /Madam,

This is a Posting from one of my Friend. Please Answer..

I am on B1 Visa ( Multiple Entry ) and I had requested for Xtension on that B1 Visa , But the INS had Denied my Request and had asked me to depart immi.,
I would be very greatful if You Can Please answer me the below Questiond which I have now

1. Can I Re-Apply for Xtension? Please Advise on the Procedures involved.
Please Tell me What is a best solution to handle this issue?

2. How long can I stay back after this denial? Any Grace period involved.
Is the B1 Visa ( multiple Entry - 10 years) still valid or the B1- Visa itself is invalid because of the above Xtension
Denial?

3.Can I apply for H1-B Visa with this B1 Denial now . If So, which one would be advantageous , filing for Normal H1-B or H1-B Premium Processing?

4. In case of H1-B Visa Can I apply from within US itself or go out of the country to apply/ and have it stamped.

When You get chance/time, Please explain me with the above answers.
