Drop box for 1 parent above 60 and 1 below 60?

Can drop box be used for both the parents if 1 is above 60 and 1 below 60? Applying for visitor visa for the first time.

One of my friend with the same situation applied using drop box and got the visa. How is that possible?

Then you should ask your friend about it.

As per consulate and their agencies(VFS, TTS), persons below 60 can't go for drop box.

My sincere advise is to have your parents appear in person i,e both appear in person , together !
