hi .. I hv come to US once on B1 and thrice on L1. This is the third time. First time, i was here for 11 months. Second time I was here for 4 months and now have been here for 3 months. I will be here for another 12 months for sure. When I am not in the US, i work for my company (same one which processed my L1, back in India)
I want to get my parents here to US. one of the requirement is that I should have 1 years pay slips. I have pay slips from my previous visits, but for this time, I have (i mean latest ones) only three.
Please let me know how I can get my parents here to US. I want them to come very soon..
- I do not have problem with showing bank balance.
- I have bank statements from my previous visit where (another account number) and this times and also another one for last 9 months.
Pls advice.
