No property in India - B2 visa

Hello,

I am on H1-B and I want to sponsor my parents to visit US. Here is the problem:

1) My parents don't own any property in India.
2) My father is doing business and it hasn't been going that well. So, in his tax returns for the past 3 years he has shown that he did not get any income at all.
3) My younger sister is still unmarried and living with my parents.

How can my father prove strong ties to India when he doesnt own any property and his business hasn't been going quite well. The only strong reason would be my sister staying in India.

Is this sufficient? Please help.

It is not required to have property in India.

It is only your father that knows his situation the best to be able to come up with ties to India. It is difficult for others to guess like that.

Two last questions,

1) Is it advisable to show the tax returns when there has been no income at all?

2) I am sponsoring for my parents visit. Should my parents also show some bank balance in their account? If so, any suggestion on the minimum amount?

1. Yes, they can show that.
2. I don't understand these types of questions. What do you mean by "show bank balance". Do they naturally have bank balance? If so, show the proof? If they don't have it, you can temporarily create it just to show the proof.
