DS-156 to be printed one page or two pages

Hi,

Wanted to know if anyone has appeared at Hyderabad consulate with DS-156 printed on two pages instead of one ? Will the application be rejected because of this ?

Thank you so much for your quick reply. I filled in online application for my mother, giving my name in the "was this application prepared by another person", printed it and signed it and mailed it to my mother. I did not see the instructions while downloading the forms suggesting to print it on a single page. Now it is too late to print it again on a single page, sign and resend it. That's why I was asking if it really matters.
