Re entering US on Visitors Visa

Hi,
This is urgent and I would like to know more abt visitor visa rules.Here is the situation.My Parents have 10yr multiple entry visa, they have come august 2003 and left in Dec 2003.Now again,My mom wants to come to look after my sisters kid.We are worried,if she will get less no. of months on her I-94 and also the other concern is, I dont know if she has to wait for 6 months to re enter US again?Let me know how it works out? or if there is any problem?Its been already 5 months since she left US and she wants to come here and stay for 6 months.Would she be approved for 6 months now?Let me know asap.

She can come at any time. There is no rule of 6 months waiting.

Duration of stay will be determined by the port of entry, at the airport. Most people get 6 months. Nothing to worry.
