  • Need Help with my prents Visitor visa application for attanding graduation ceremony

I came to US in 2005 August as a F1 student visa. I got baby boy on 2007 January. I am not married yet. I going school every semester and I am graduating with Honors in December 2009. During my pregnancy, my mom applied for visitor visa but she got rejected 3 times. So I left my baby in my home county with my parents and came back to U.S. Now my mom and dad applied for visitor visa to attand graduation ceremony but they got rejected under 214b. They were asked following questions:
    1. How many children do u have?
    ZZZ
    2. where is your son?
    YYYY
    . Is your daughter married?
    YYYY
    4. Did you apply before also?
    mom said yes
Then the lady looked something in computer and told them their visa is rejected.

In this case can my dad seperately apply for the visa again?
Is it necessary to mention that my brother is in Germany not in Nepal (during retry interview)
If asked is your daughter married then what could be the best answer?
Does the Embassy keep record of all the question answer from previous interview?
when would be best time to reapply?

    Thanks
