visa for student in uk to visit usa (Please respond immediately)

hello people,

I am a student currently doing my masters in a university in london. I have been in london for 9 months and have a part time in here. I want to visit USA for my holidays. I can get any kind of documents from people in the USA like the sponsorship letter etc., the real scene is I have been rejected entry in to the USA twice before when I applied for a student visa. they gave me a 214b. So, now is there a chance for me to apply to the USA for a visitors visa? If yes what r my chances. kindly resolve ma query in full...

No chance of getting a visitors visa if you apply from the UK.
That is because you have no way of proving your ties to your home country while you live in the UK.
