I am not able to sponsor my parents .They are well off.Can anyone post a sample affidavit for my parents.Should they mention that they will take care of all expenses .they will be staying in my place.

In that place, you can ignore the sponsor documents such as I-134 etc. For other things such as bank balance, ability to pay for ticket, insurance etc, they can show their own finances.

If you write "self" in the who will sponsor section, then your parents will most probably be asked to show documents. Of all things I donot really think your financial
strength is any indication that you will be granted visa.

Don't take anything for granted.. Work on keeping the documents simple and clear.
