I have 2 brothers in US including myself.
My younger brother will be going to India through his company on project basis for a short time (3-4 weeks). At present he is working on his OPT period but has filed for his H1 (which has not yet arrived).
I am thinking of re-applying forvisitor visa for my parents around that time when my brother visits India.
My question is:
1. Since my brother will be in India during the time my parents re-apply, do I need to mention on DS-156 that
a) 2 sons and 1 daughter are in US or
b) 1 son and 1 daughter ?
If b) then when my parents had applied the first time, they had truthfully mentioned all our names and also had said that they needed to arrange for the marriage of their younger son and will come back... but still their visa was denied.
2. What documents can my brother (who will be in India) provide that can strongly suggest that parents will come back after a short visit to USA?
Thanks
