Visitor Visa - Sponser H1B extn petition

Hi,

Please help us with the below queries related to B2 Visa for my
in laws:

We are planning for visa interview for my in laws next week.
My H1B visa petition is set to expire on Dec 31st, 2009.
We had applied for extn and it has been approved by USCIS in their site.
But we haven't recieved the documents yet...

Do my in laws need to carry the new petition copy also ?
or is it ok to attend the interview with reciept number and printout of the site which mentions my extn has been approved ?

Please help us with the query.
