Hi,
We have mistakenly put first name in surname's place and vice versa and took the visitor visa appointment. After that we realized this mistake. ITs not allowing to update the online application from items 1-15 after taking the visa appointment.
I called the VFS help center and they told we can cancel and retake the appointment. But we already canceled once. so canceling 2nd time, we have to wait for 90 days to reactivate the VFS voucher.
The help center lady advised to update the application infront of the visa officer at the time appointment. Any did this and have any issues?
