Is there a cooloff period for B2 visitors.

Hello,

My parents went back to India 3 months back after staying for 5.5 months, they are on Visitor visa.
Can they visit me back now? Or do they need to reside for 6 months in home country before they come back?

There are no regulations regarding this.

They should stay outside the US for more time than in the US. If they visit too often and try to stay for too long, they may be deemed not tourist and can cause a problem.
