Sponsoring visitor visa for sister/brother-in-law

My sister/brother-in-law and their kids (6 and 10) are planning to visit USA during christmas break.

i am US citizen well settled in usa from last 10 yrs.

My question is should my sister show in her application that she has brother in usa? and should i send sponsorship to her? She is well to do in India have established business in Delhi. She will be applying in Delhi? She will be paying for the whole trip on her own.

If she is paying for the trip then there is no reason for you to send her the I-134 affidavit of support to her family.
However, you are welcome to send her an invitation letter to visit if you like.
