1. I have 2 brothers and myself in the united states. Since it is Son/Daughter, it @#%$'t clear if parents should circle Daughter or Son or Both?
a) Should they circle both
b) Should they mention names as well as status or
c) 2 Son(s) - Both Students, Daughter-Permanent Resident?

Have you ever been refused a visa? When? Where?
My parents have been refused visa twice this year...
Should they
a) mention both the dates of the previous two times they had applied for visa? or
b) just the date of last application?
